Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Balls
  • Dampeners
  • Grips
  • Headbands

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RAN. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Tennis Gear Shop.
